Christian Artists vs. Artistic Christians

An interactive lecture on how to understand the arts in ministry.  Includes basic philosophical differences in the arts and how this plays out in our culture and ministry today.


Frameworks of Art

A lecture on the historical and philosophical foundations of the arts and what they represent.  Includes the Greek, Egyptian and Judeo-Christian understanding of the arts and what makes each helpful or destructive.


God’s Use of the Arts

A lecture on God’s use of the arts as seen in the Bible.  Includes topics such as God and creativity, architecture, fine arts, literary arts, mime, dance and drama.


Mimes and other Biblical Artists

An interactive study on the artistic men and women in the Bible whom God used.  Faith heroes such as Miriam, Bezalel, David, Ezekiel and Jesus!  Can cover a variety or be focused on one.  Smaller classes will be discussion led while larger classes will be lecture and discussion. 


Worshipping God with Art

A lay-theology based lecture on the biblical understanding of art and worship.  Includes God’s use of the arts, His call on our use of the arts and what worship really entails.

Bible and arts sessions vary from in-depth lecture and teaching to interactive and group studies.  Teaching segments and sessions can range from a short, single focused devotional time to a full, interactive presentation lasting up to an hour.  Many sessions can also be tailored to your individual ministry needs.
